Santa Pod Raceway – Gift Cards and eGift Cards

This policy applies to all physical Gift Cards and electronic Gift Cards ("eGift Cards") sold by Santa Pod Raceway via our website and in person.

Overview

Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used to purchase eligible products and services from Santa Pod Raceway, subject to the terms below. By purchasing or using a Gift Card or eGift Card, you agree to this policy.

Where Gift Cards Can Be Used

  • Valid for Santa Pod Raceway merchandise

  • Valid for event tickets sold directly by Santa Pod Raceway

  • Not valid for track passes, driving experiences, or participant entry fees

  • Cannot be used with third-party retailers or partners

Purchase & Delivery

  • Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in-store or online and shipped

  • eGift Cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout

  • Please ensure email and shipping details are correct at the time of purchase

Expiry

  • Gift Cards and eGift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue

  • Any remaining balance after expiry will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, except where required by law

Redemption & Balance

  • Gift Cards and eGift Cards can be used as full or part payment

  • Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases before expiry

  • If your order total exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method

Refunds & Returns

  • Purchases made with a Gift Card or eGift Card are subject to Santa Pod Raceway’s standard returns policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or returned to the original Gift Card or eGift Card

  • Gift Cards and eGift Cards themselves are non-refundable

Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards

  • Treat Gift Cards and eGift Cards like cash

  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted cards cannot be replaced or refunded, except where required by law

  • Santa Pod Raceway reserves the right to cancel cards if fraud or misuse is suspected

Fees

  • No activation, maintenance, or additional fees apply to Gift Cards or eGift Cards
